Return & Replacement Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with the purchase of products, you may return it in 7 days from delivery date;
  2. The item must include all the packaging along with accessories including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags etc;
  3. Money can be refunded and the order can be altered after the verification from the team of The Patchee;
  4. Order will be canceled automatically if the provided information is insufficient;
  5. Item can be returned if it is damaged in any way e.g., ripped, damaged etc.

3. টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে এবং LAVINZ-এর দল থেকে যাচাইয়ের পরে অর্ডার পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে;
4. প্রদত্ত তথ্য অপর্যাপ্ত হলে অর্ডার স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে;
5. আইটেমটি ফেরত দেওয়া যেতে পারে যদি এটি কোনওভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় যেমন, ছিঁড়ে যাওয়া, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ইত্যাদি।
গোপনীয়তা বিজ্ঞপ্তি
